“Legal avenues for foreigners to live, work and invest in Portugal, with or without a golden visa” was the theme of the webinar conducted last week by our Partner Rodrigo Jardim, for the EALG Euro-American Lawyers Group community members.

Rodrigo Jardim focused his presentation on the legal programmes available for foreigners who want to come to Portugal , highlighting nationality issues concerning sephardic jews, as well as the NHR Non Habitual Residence tax regime, two very attractive available instruments in the portuguese legal system.
