Applications are still open for the Startup Voucher, started in November 2022, under the PRR (Recovery and Resilience Plan).

This voucher, promoted by Startup Portugal, aims to fund start-ups that take the form of SMEs, that have been created less than 10 years ago, head office in Portugal and SME certification, by IAPMEI. 

The measure aims to develop digital business models, products or services with positive contribution to climate transition through high efficiency in the use of resources, enabling the reduction of pollution that foster circular economy, that are new solutions for energy production and/or are characterised by the use of Open or Artificial Intelligence.

The projects must be developed by startups that have or want to develop business models products or services, with a green component and in sectors with higher intensive technology and knowledge or that value the application of R&D results in the production of new goods and services, boosting market success, in innovative and added value activities.
