Recently, our #labour team was present at two important events in Lisbon, following the debate and deepening knowledge in matters of Labour Law.

Marco Eulógio Gonçalves and Ana Margarida Norte participated in the XXV National Congress of Labour Law, where several specialists in the area addressed such current topics as:
☑ Decent Work Agenda
☑Telework
☑Emotional Wages
☑Workers with digital platforms
☑Right to disconnection
☑Increase in the period of excused absence due to the death of a child
☑ Possibility of justified absences for women during menstrual periods.

Yesterday, we also marked our presence in the XII Labour Law Colloquium on New Challenges of Labour Law, that took place at the Supreme Court of Justice, in partnership with the Portuguese Labour Law Association.
